Feliciana Fitness Yoga

Yoga with Feliciana Fitness is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. Our yoga instructor delivers a use-friendly style which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. The style reduces the risk of injury and augments recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain and tension. Yoga is a gift for the body and the mind.

Class Descriptions:

All of the classes offered at Feliciana Fitness are taught in a style with scalable options to avoid injury and allow for students at different levels to enjoy their practice. Yoga is taught over looking Thompson Creek on the back deck of The Bluffs Clubhouse. Your first class is complimentary. Each additional class is $15. 10 class punch cards are available.

**The members of The Bluffs receive a 20%.
